Refund policy

RETURNS

Our policy lasts 30 days. If 30 days have passed since your purchase, unfortunately, we can't offer you a refund or exchange, but please contact us, and we will support you with a fair and reasonable approach.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition you received it. It must also be in the original packaging.

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned. Perishable goods such as opened E-Liquid bottles, used coils, vape cotton, or vape cable cannot be returned. We also do not accept products that are intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

DISPOSABLE VAPES EXCHANGE & REFUND POLICY

Disposable Vapes are consumable, oral, disposable products that are not covered under warranty; the apparent hygiene reasons cause additional risks to staff and, as such, will not be accepted back as a return or for inspection.

  • Malfunctioning disposable devices, claims cannot be validated for devices not working 'on arrival' or 'lack of taste'; therefore, they are not covered by any warranty. If, for any reason, there is an issue with the product not limited to the above, you must contact the manufacturer of the item directly.
  • All 'Puff' counts are a guide only from the manufacturer. The way an individual vapes will affect the 'puff' count.
  • If you believe your Disposable Vape is faulty, please use the contact details on the product packaging to contact the manufacturer. We cannot help with faulty disposables, but the manufacturer should be able to help. We apologise for any inconvenience.
  • Alternatively, If you have ordered a multi-pack or multiple (more than one) devices of the same brand and flavour in the same order and you experience a malfunctioning device, do not continue to use the remaining devices; contact the support team immediately. The team will be able to advise and possibly arrange for the return of the unopened/unused devices, which may be replaced or refunded once checked into the warehouse; please note that this only applies to unopened, unused items from the order in question (sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com).

If you wish to exercise your legal rights to reject products, post them back to us. We will pay the costs of postage. Don't hesitate to contact customer services at sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com for more details.

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please only return your purchase to the manufacturer if the product is not deemed a warrantable product, such as a consumable, oral, or disposable.

PARTIAL REFUND

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)

Products with obvious signs of use. Unused Coils, Mods, Tanks, Full Kits, and disposable vapes that have been opened.
Any item not in its original condition is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error.
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery.

REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will email you to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund and a report of our findings.
If you are approved, your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original payment method within a certain amount of days. Refunds can take up to 5 business working days.

LATE OR MISSING REFUNDS (IF APPLICABLE)
If you still need to receive a refund, first recheck your bank account.
Then contact your credit card company; it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next, contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
If you've done all this and still have not received your refund, please get in touch with us at sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com.

SALE ITEMS (IF APPLICABLE)
Only regular priced items may be refunded. Unfortunately, sale items cannot be refunded.

EXCHANGES (IF APPLICABLE)
We only replace items if they are defective or damaged. If you need to exchange it for the same thing, email us at sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com and send your item to 10-12 The Square, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5DG United Kingdom.

GIFTS
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased and shipped directly to you, you'll receive a gift credit for the value of your return. Once the returned item is received, a gift certificate will be mailed to you.

If the item wasn't marked as a gift when purchased, or the gift giver had the order shipped to themselves to give to you later, we will send a refund to the gift giver, and he will find out about your return.

SHIPPING
To return your product, you should mail your product to 10-12 The Square, Wolverton, Milton Keynes, MK12 5DG, United Kingdom.

You will be responsible for your shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you may vary.

If shipping an item over £30.00, you should consider using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance. We don't guarantee that we will receive your returned item.
