What happens if we have a unwanted item?
Solution:
Unwanted Hardware can be returned to us for a full refund within 14 days of delivery or purchase in-store from our warehouse outlet, as long as the product is in its original unopened packaging. For goods bought online, we will accept returns that have been opened as long as they are unused and all the packaging and accessories are returned. For goods bought in-store, you must provide your proof of purchase. Without this, we will be unable to assist you. Goods purchased online must be sent back at your own expense.
