Shipping policy

Smokey Joe's Vapes Co offers shipping on all orders within the United Kingdom.

Portable vaporizers and most accessories are shipped with 1-3 business day (2nd class franked mail) shipping. Larger (products) vaporizers are shipped with 1-5 day service. We ship via Parcel Force, Post Office and DPD. Packages generally arrive within this time frame, but we are not responsible for carrier delays. If you paid extra for shipping we will issue you a shipping refund if your package does not arrive within the guaranteed time frame.

 

Handling time

We strive to get all orders received before 3 PM (GMT) shipped out the same day. We ship from our warehouses in Milton Keynes and our outlets, depending on our inventory, from the closest location to you. Orders not shipped the same day will be shipped the following (business) day. We will contact you if, for some reason there are any delays. We ship on weekdays, Monday-Friday. We do not ship on Saturdays or Sundays or any holidays. Orders that require a 3rd party logistic provider received after 3 PM Friday - Sunday will ship on the following Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday

Please Note: tracking numbers are not active until the shipping provider scans the package. This may be as late as 8 or 10 PM. 

Overnight shipping: Orders placed before 3 PM (GMT) will be delivered on the next business day. Please note that weekends and holidays are not business days. For example, if your order ships on Friday via Overnight shipping, your order will be delivered on Monday, assuming Monday is not a holiday. If Monday is a holiday, your package will arrive on Tuesday.

What do I do if my package is lost?

 If a package is not delivered, please call your local post office or Royal Mail or Parcel Force for immediate assistance with your package. We ask that before contacting Smokey Joe's Vapes Co., you contact the selected logistic partnerContacting us via sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com

What if my package is damaged?

If your package is damaged after delivery, please get in touch with the customer services team at sales@smokeyjoesvapes.com.

Please note: damaged or missing merchandise must be reported to us within 72 hours of the date of delivery. Failure to do so may result in the shipping carrier denying the claim and exclusion from our return/exchange policy. Please feel free to contact us with any questions regarding our policies.

Can I change my delivery address after my order has been shipped? 

No, not if you have received your tracking information by email. All orders placed before 3 pm, GMT will ship the same day. Orders placed after 3 p.m. GMT will ship the next business day.  If you have yet to receive a tracking number, we will do our best to accommodate any changes to your order, but we can not guarantee changes can always be made.
