Our drivers will send a text message to inform you if they are unable to get a response at your doorstep between 9 pm and 9 am. They will wait for a few minutes for your reply or for you to come to the door.

If the driver is unable to reach you, your order will be returned to our warehouse. It will not be redelivered until the following morning after 9am.

Kindly be aware that a single delivery attempt will be undertaken within the timeframe of 9 pm to 9 am.
